Quick answers
The App does not need an account or internet connection.
Paw Arena is a paid offline game. There is no sign-in, subscription, ad, or in-app purchase to restore.
Photos are optional.
If camera access is unavailable or declined, choose a photo through Apple’s system picker or continue with manual companion creation.
Bouts switch to landscape.
Non-combat pages can rotate freely. A friendly bout requests landscape, shows a short Paws Ready opening, and releases controls and the computer opponent together.

爪爪擂台是买断制离线游戏，不需要账号或联网，也没有订阅、广告或需要恢复的应用内购买。
宠物照片是可选项。相机不可用或被拒绝时，可通过 Apple 系统照片选择器选图，或继续手动创建。
非战斗页面可自由旋转；友好切磋会请求横屏，短暂显示“碰爪准备”后同时放开玩家操作与电脑对手。
Local save recovery
- Open Game Settings → Local Data.
- Choose Export Local Backup before deleting or reinstalling whenever the current save is readable.
- If the App detects a damaged local save, it preserves the file and offers Restore from File or Delete All Data. It does not silently replace the save.
- Deleting all data is permanent inside the App. Backups previously exported to Files remain until you remove them there.
本地存档恢复
- 打开“游戏设置 → 本地数据”。
- 只要当前存档可读，删除或重装前先选择“导出本地备份”。
- 若 App 检测到损坏存档，会保留原文件并提供“从文件恢复”或“永久删除全部数据”，不会静默覆盖。
- 在 App 内删除全部数据不可撤销；此前导出到“文件”的备份仍需由你在对应位置删除。

Please include the App version, iPhone model, iOS version, chosen interface language, the screen where the problem occurred, exact steps, and a screenshot if it contains no private pet information.
Never email a local backup or original pet photo unless support explicitly requests a safer diagnostic path. Paw Arena support will never ask for an Apple ID password or device passcode.
